This Venus of podcasts rose from the Covid waves at the start of July 2020. What began as a homage to performing artists compensating for the absence of audiences and embracing the digital age has evolved into an occasional essay on things that catch my eye. Much like the agenda for Up All Night, an impulse or whim can often have broader appeal - at least I hope it does. Freed by the earthly magic of mass vaccination from conducting every interview “down the line” I take pleasure in seeking out face to face encounters where I can.
